  • STATUS as of 11/04/08: Ordinance is proposed to Caledonia Village Board, sent to Kevin Wanggard
  • STATUS as of 11/08: Ordinance passed to Kevin Wanggard to draft ordinance in the legislative and licensing committee
  • STATUS as of 12/08: Kevin Wanggard (legislative and licensing committee ) Says needs more time to review.
  • STATUS as of 01/09: Kevin Wanggard (legislative and licensing committee ) Not put it on meeting agenda for 01/13/09 after huge media push and Numerous Requests.
  • STATUS as of 01/29: Legislative and licensing committee meets with us for open discussion on chicken ordinance proposal. Kevin Wanggard did a nice job allowing everyone to speak out.   • STATUS as of 02/16/09: 2nd Mtg Legislative and licensing committee : At Monday’s meeting (Feb. 16th) of the Legislative and Licensing Committee, Village Trustee Kevin Wanggaard, the committee chairman, voted against the proposal brought forth by a small group of citizens. The only other committee member present, Village Trustee Gale Morgan, voted in favor of the proposal.
  • 02/18/09 The FULL Village Board takes up the proposal at its meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the East Side Community Center, 6156 Douglas Ave.
